Ray Wells - Marietta, Georgia
Ray Wells purchased his Caliente Hardtop in 1991 from the original owner. It still has the original Aquamarine paint. Ray rebuilt the engine and transmission. Ray also rebuilt the suspension and installed power front disc brakes. Ray reports that the Comet drives like new!

Ray is from
the Peach State (aka Georgia) and is a member of the Comet East Club. The Comet East Club
has a website located at www.cometeastcarclub.org.
This Comet is deserving of its OWN Garage!

UPDATE ON NEW LOOK!
Ray sent us some updated photos of his Comet sporting a new look as shown below:
Okay Ray, it looks like you changed the hood...now with scoops (functional?)...and also added some fog lights...definitely some nice touches. Thanks for the update...the Comet looks great!
