1970 FORD FALCON

Martin sent us a couple of photos and information regarding his 1970 Ford Falcon. He recently purchased the Falcon with the intention to restore it in the next couple of years. His Falcon had only one other owner before he purchased it and that is one of the reasons that it's in such good condition.
This is a photo of
Martin's 1970 Falcon Station Wagon--Argentina Style! There are some differences
compared to its American relative. It looks similar to the first American Falcon

Martin reports that Falcons were made in Argentina from 1960-1991 with few changes (mainly
to the body) during the production run. Most of the changes occured to the front and rear
sections of the Falcon models. The Falcons are much respected in Martin's country,
and are considered the "Model T" of Argentina.

There were many
Falcons produced in Argentina, but time has taken a toll on the older models. Martin also
indicates that parts and accessories are difficult to locate. The economy of Argentina has
made it difficult for people to restore old cars.
