1969 Ford Falcon Futura Sports Coupe

I bought the car from the original owner in Fall of '06, with the expectations that it would need some work (as the original owner had barely driven the car more than 50 miles a year for the last 20 years).  My expectations were incorrect, as the car was in PRISTINE shape and required minor touch-ups here and there.

The car is completely original w/ numbers matching option 302 cid V-8 engine and 3-speed transmission.  The optional black vinyl top was 'faded', and I was convinced that I would need to get it redone until I took a gamble and soaked the top w/ Armor-All for 6 months straight.   Needless to say, the top looks like it's in show-room condition!

The car was almost fully optioned, excluding air-conditioning.  It has deluxe wheel discs, AM radio, bucket seats w/ deluxe vinyl interior.  I have recently added dual 2 1/4 inch Dynomax exhaust (sounds AMAZING), battery, and some other minor add-ons.  For only having the 302 (and a moderately high curb weight) this car can haul ass!  I love to open it up every now and then.

The car was produced at the St.Thomas, Ontario plant in January 1969.  A rough approximation estimates the total number of '69 Falcon Sport Coupes produced is 5,900 (no idea how many were produced with the optional 302).   The car is Meadowlark Yellow, and gleams on sunny days.

People follow me wherever I go with this car, and offers to buy it are frequent.  Many guys tell me that they have not seen one around for 20 years...so I take great pride in ownership of the car.  I spend many hours polishing every square inch of the car, and I will continue to enjoy it for many years to come.

Best Regards
