THE SONOMA COUNTY FALCONS FOR FUN CHAPTER

1964 AND 2003 FORD FALCONS
Manny Velonias, Australia

I have completely re-built this 1964 Aussie Falcon from the ground up.  Every nut & bolt has been dismantled.  It's a 170 Pursuit motor in front of a 2 speed auto---all 100% original.

IT'S DONE..THIS IS ONE FINE RESTORATION!!!

Update!  Manny sent recent photos of his 1964 Ford Falcon restoration.  This is a Falcon Deluxe---Australian style!  The photos are a testament of attention to detail and the results are stunning!  Great work Manny and thanks for sharing!  1/2004...see my comments below...AA

There are many similarities to the 1963 Falcon.

Check out the horn ring that looks like the '64 American Futura version, but this one has the Falcon Bird in the center--beautiful!  The instrument cluster looks like one from a Comet

Exceptionally clean--this attention to detail really makes a difference at car shows.

I wonder if two door versions were available?

That's a striking grill and chrome treatment!

Aussie Falcons definitely have a look and beauty that are uniquely their own!

The photo below is my 2003 Falcon XR8.  She has a 5.4 liter Boss engine from the U.S..  It's slightly modified here with overhead cams, 4 valves per cylinder & 260KW.

This Falcon must Fly!  AA
