The Day's Psy-Clone looking like it's ready to GO!

We purchased a 1965 Mercury Comet last year and even though it was in great shape, we have improved a few thing since its purchase.  It's our pride and joy!

James reports that the Comet is a '65 Caliente two door hardtop (two-tone) with white body and black top.  It has a black cyclone interior.  The motor is a 347 cubic inch stroker with an Edelbrock air gap intake, ported TFS Heads, Pro Edge 3000 stall converter, ford traction lock posi differential with 3.55 gears, Hooker long tube headers, and a Holley 650 double pumper carburetor.

James sums it up like this:  This car is virtually all original on the interior and exterior, but you know it's no where near stock when it fires up. It has a bit more muscle than the tires can handle and scary to drive at times!

James---Very well said!   Nothing like a stroked small block to liven up the Sunday afternoon drive.  I would like to take a ride in it so I can get 'scared' too....thanks for sharing your ride with us here....AA

Update - 11/04
